Ma's Cocoa-blamange

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 pint milk, hot
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 dissolve corn starch and cocoa together in part of cold milk. heat rest of milk to boiling point.
  • 2 stir in rest and cook in double boiler for 15 minutes, stirring.
  • 3 add vanilla. pour into wet mold or molds.
  • 4 to with whipped cream.
