Ingredients

- 200 g dark chocolate
- 200 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tablespoon flour
Recipe
- 1 melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave.
- 2 add the 5 eggs, one at a time, stirring after each addition.
- 3 add the flour.
- 4 pour into a buttered round pie pan or cake pan.
- 5 bake in a preheated 190° oven for about 22 minutes.
- 6 cool and unmold onto a plate.
- 7 dust with powdered sugar if desired.
