Rich French Chocolate Cake

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon flour

Recipe

  • 1 melt the chocolate and butter in the microwave.
  • 2 add the 5 eggs, one at a time, stirring after each addition.
  • 3 add the flour.
  • 4 pour into a buttered round pie pan or cake pan.
  • 5 bake in a preheated 190° oven for about 22 minutes.
  • 6 cool and unmold onto a plate.
  • 7 dust with powdered sugar if desired.
