Super Fudgy Three Way Topped Brownies

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 (1 1/2 ounce) packages peanut butter cups
  • 16 tablespoons marshmallow cream
  • 1/4-1/2 cup crushed graham cracker
  • 2 (1 2/3 ounce) packages of chewy caramels in milk chocolate

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f
  • 2 place butter and sugar in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  • 3 microwave on high for 2 minutes or until mixture starts to boil.
  • 4 stir until well mixed.
  • 5 add 1 cup chocolate chips, stir until melted.
  • 6 add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  • 7 add the flour, baking powder, and salt. mix until thoroughly blended.
  • 8 stir in the rest of the chocolate chips.
  • 9 pour batter into an ungreased 8" square baking pan.
  • 10 bake for 30-35 minutes, until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs, not batter.
  • 11 top according to any of the directions below:.
  • 12 peanut butter cup brownies: coarsely chop the peanut butter cups. sprinkle evenly over hot brownies. press into tops and allow to cool before serving.
  • 13 s'more brownies: allow brownies to cool completely. just before serving, cut into 16 squares. top each square with 1 tablespoon marshmallow topping and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
  • 14 candy caramel brownies: cut caramels into fourths. sprinkle evenly over hot brownies. lightly press into brownies. cool completely before cutting.
