Super Fudgy Three Way Topped Brownies

Ingredients

- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 (1 1/2 ounce) packages peanut butter cups
- 16 tablespoons marshmallow cream
- 1/4-1/2 cup crushed graham cracker
- 2 (1 2/3 ounce) packages of chewy caramels in milk chocolate
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f
- 2 place butter and sugar in a large microwave-safe bowl.
- 3 microwave on high for 2 minutes or until mixture starts to boil.
- 4 stir until well mixed.
- 5 add 1 cup chocolate chips, stir until melted.
- 6 add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
- 7 add the flour, baking powder, and salt. mix until thoroughly blended.
- 8 stir in the rest of the chocolate chips.
- 9 pour batter into an ungreased 8" square baking pan.
- 10 bake for 30-35 minutes, until toothpick comes out with moist crumbs, not batter.
- 11 top according to any of the directions below:.
- 12 peanut butter cup brownies: coarsely chop the peanut butter cups. sprinkle evenly over hot brownies. press into tops and allow to cool before serving.
- 13 s'more brownies: allow brownies to cool completely. just before serving, cut into 16 squares. top each square with 1 tablespoon marshmallow topping and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs.
- 14 candy caramel brownies: cut caramels into fourths. sprinkle evenly over hot brownies. lightly press into brownies. cool completely before cutting.
