Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 6 cups rice krispies
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 cups butterscotch chips
Recipe
- 1 combine sugar and syrup in heavy saucepan.
- 2 cook, stirring, to boiling.
- 3 remove from heat.
- 4 stir in peanut butter.
- 5 pour syrup mixture over rice krispies in large mixing bowl.
- 6 caution, syrup mixture will be hot!
- 7 mix thoroughly with wooden spoon.
- 8 press into greased 13x9x2 pan.
- 9 melt chocolate and butterscotch chips together over low heat or in double boiler.
- 10 stir well.
- 11 pour melted chips over krispies.
- 12 spread evenly.
- 13 allow to cool.
- 14 cut into 1" squares.
