- 1 cup light corn syrup or 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 in a 2 quart microwaveable bowl, combine corn syrup, peanut butter, and cream.
- 2 microwave on high for 1-1/2 minutes, until boiling.
- 3 add chocolate chips and stir till melted.
- 4 cool and store in fridge.
- 5 warm up to serve over ice cream.
