Lower Sugar Oatmeal Caramelita Bars

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup splenda brown sugar blend
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup butter
- 12 ounces smucker's sugar-free caramel topping
- 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons flour
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 grease 9 x 13 inch pan.
- 3 blend all crust ingredients at low speed until crumbly.
- 4 press half (about 3 cups) into pan.
- 5 bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
- 6 combine caramel and flour, set aside.
- 7 sprinkle warm crust with chocolate chips.
- 8 drizzle with caramel mixture; sprinkle with reserved crumbs.
- 9 bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
- 10 refrigerate 1 to 2 hours until filling sets.
- 11 cut into bars and enjoy!
