Scotcheroos

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 cups rice krispies
  • 1/3 cup butterscotch chips
  • 1/3 cup corn syrup

Recipe

  • 1 melt peanut butter, corn syrup, and sugar in a saucepan, stirring constantly until the mixture is syrupy.
  • 2 remove from heat.
  • 3 stir in rice krispies until all are coated.
  • 4 pat into a slightly greased square cake pan.
  • 5 melt chips in a double boiler or glass bowl in microwave, stirring occasionally.
  • 6 spread misture over rice krispies mixture.
  • 7 cool.
  • 8 cut into squares.
