Ingredients

• 18 1/2 ounces red velvet cake mix
• 16 ounces container cream cheese frosting
• 16 ounces package melting chocolate

Recipe

• 1 prepare and bake cake mix following package directions for a 13 x 9 cake; let cool. crumble cooled cake in a large bowl. stir in cream cheese frosting. roll mixture into balls the size of quarters. freeze on a baking sheet for several hours or overnight. melt chocolate in a double boiler. dip balls into chocolate and place on waxed paper. let sit until firm.
