Protein Bars

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

Recipe

  • 1 on medium, melt butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips.
  • 2 stir in remaining ingredients.
  • 3 transfer ingredients to a 5x7 inch baking pan and press.
  • 4 let cool and then refrigerate.
