Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 1 1/4 cups quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened toasted coconut
  • 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter chips
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons liquid honey
  • 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 spray an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
  • 3 in a large bowl, stir together oats, brown sugar, coconut, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, corn syrup, honey, peanut butter, water and vanilla until well combined.
  • 4 pat the mixture into a prepared pan.
  • 5 bake in the center of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the top is golden and the bars seem firm.
