Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened toasted coconut
- 2 tablespoons semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter chips
- 1 1/2 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1 1/2 tablespoons liquid honey
- 3 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
- 3 tablespoons water
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 spray an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
- 3 in a large bowl, stir together oats, brown sugar, coconut, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, corn syrup, honey, peanut butter, water and vanilla until well combined.
- 4 pat the mixture into a prepared pan.
- 5 bake in the center of the oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until the top is golden and the bars seem firm.
