Peanut Butter Bon Bons

Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) can ready-to-spread vanilla frosting
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (16 ounce) can ready-to-spread chocolate fudge frosting
Recipe
- 1 in large bowl, combine vanilla frosting, peanut butter and margarine with a fork until well blended.
- 2 stir in crumbs until well mixed.
- 3 form into 1-inch balls.
- 4 chill 1 hour.
- 5 in small saucepan, melt chocolate frosting over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- 6 do not overheat-- the frosting will become sticky and won't set up properly.
- 7 dip chilled balls in melted frosting.
- 8 allow excess to drip off.
- 9 place on waxed paper.
- 10 let stand at room temperature until dry, about 6 hours.
- 11 tip: if the frosting used for coating thickens, gently reheat.
- 12 use leftover coating for dipping dried fruit or nuts.
