Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin
  • 1 1/4 cups cream
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • extra strawberry, for decorating
  • grated chocolate, for decorating

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle gelatine over water, and heat gently until dissolved. set aside to cool, but not set.
  • 2 place strawberries and sugar in blender, and blend until smooth.
  • 3 add gelatine mixture and blend for 1 minute.
  • 4 beat the cream until it forms soft peaks.
  • 5 fold into strawberry mixture.
  • 6 pour into serving dishes and decorate with strawberries and grated chocolate.
