Strawberry Angel Cookies

Ingredients

• 16 ounces angel food cake mix
• 3/4 cup strawberry preserves (sugar free if desired)
• 4 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 325.
• 2 using a mixer, beat the angel food cake mix and the preserves. batter will be dry. if needed, add a bit more preserves to add some moisture.
• 3 add chocolate chips.
• 4 place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets (or use parchment paper, or both).
• 5 bake 10-12 minutes. let stand 1 minute before removing from tray.
