Rich Fruit Milkshake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2/3 cup fresh blueberries
  • 2/3 cup fresh cherries, pitted
  • 1 large banana, cut into small pieces
  • 4 tablespoons chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup sugar-free vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup milk, chilled
  • 1/4 cup instant oatmeal

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients to the blender.
  • 2 blend until smooth.
