Low-fat Chocolate Marshmallow Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Recipe

  • 1 cook sugar and water in a saucepan over medium high heat until a candy thermometer registers 220°f remove from heat.
  • 2 stir in cocoa, vanilla and marshmallows until melted. let cool, without stirring, until bottom of pan just feels warm. beat until thickened and serve warm over ice cream.
