Ingredients

- 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
- 6 tablespoons sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 1/2 cups light cream
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 mix cocoa, sugar, and salt. add milk. heat to dissolve.
- 2 add light cream and vanilla. heat to just under boiling.
- 3 mix very well and pour into mug. garnish with whipped cream, cocoa powder and fine orange zest, if desired.
