Super Simple Mini Chocolate Banana Cream Pies

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 small chocolate cookie pie crust
  • 1 (3 ounce) box cook&serve banana cream pudding (i do not use instant)
  • 2 cups milk (for making the pudding)
  • 2 small bananas, sliced
  • 1/4 cup toffee pieces
  • chocolate whipped cream
  • chocolate syrup (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 make pudding according to package directions.
  • 2 slice bananas and place 2-3 slices in the bottom of each mini pie crust.
  • 3 fill the pie crusts with pudding and top with remaining banana slices.
  • 4 place pies in refrigerator to cool.
  • 5 once cool, sprinkle with toffee bits.
  • 6 top with chocolate whipped cream and drizzle with chocolate sauce if desired.
