- 1 quart strawberry, topped & washed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sweet chocolate, grated
- 1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon rum
Recipe
- 1 place strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle with granulated sugar, then chill in refrigerator for an hour or so. when ready to serve, whip the cream, then fold in the chocolate, confectioner's sugar, and rum. serve over chilled strawberries.
