Ice Cream Muffins

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups chocolate ice cream
- 1 cup peanut butter chips (6 ounces)
- 2 cups self-rising flour
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 400° f.
- 2 line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper baking cups.
- 3 take ice cream out of freezer until it is soft but not melted.
- 4 put in a large mixing bowl.
- 5 stir in the remaining ingredients until well-blended.
- 6 the mixture will be stiff.
- 7 fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter.
- 8 bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
- 9 remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
- 10 let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
