Ice Cream Muffins

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups chocolate ice cream
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips (6 ounces)
  • 2 cups self-rising flour

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 400° f.
  • 2 line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper baking cups.
  • 3 take ice cream out of freezer until it is soft but not melted.
  • 4 put in a large mixing bowl.
  • 5 stir in the remaining ingredients until well-blended.
  • 6 the mixture will be stiff.
  • 7 fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full with batter.
  • 8 bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
  • 9 remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • 10 let cool for about 5 minutes before serving.
