One-bowl Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup baking cocoa
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup vegetable oil
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup hot water
• frosting, of your choice
• colored sprinkles, if desired (optional)

Recipe

• 1 in a large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
• 2 stir in oil, buttermilk, and eggs.
• 3 add water and stir until combined.
• 4 pour into a greased 13x9x2-inch baking pan. bake at 350 degrees for 35-38 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
• 5 cool completely.
• 6 frost as desired.
