Nanny's Chocolate Pie

Ingredients

• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups milk
• 3 egg yolks
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 teaspoon butter
• 1 baked pie crust

Recipe

• 1 mix sugar, cocoa,cornstarch,flour, salt milk & egg yolks in the blender.
• 2 pour into a heavy pot and cook over medium heat until thick.
• 3 add the butter and vanilla.
• 4 pour into a baked crust.
• 5 top with your favorite meringue and bake until the meringue is golden on the edges.
