Ice Cream (great Base For Any Flavor)

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups sugar
• 5 eggs (i prefer egg-beaters or similar product, so you're not consuming raw eggs)
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch
• 7 cups milk (i prefer skim milk)
• 3 cups whipping cream
• 2 tablespoons vanilla

Recipe

• 1 mix sugar and eggs together.
• 2 add salt and corn starch (if you don't have cornstarch it will be ok).
• 3 mix in milk a few cups at a time (make sure they mix together).
• 4 add whipping cream and vanilla.
• 5 add extra ingedients to get the flavor you want. (e.g. 1 c chocolate syrup.).
• 6 follow directions on ice cream maker.
• 7 experiment with different flavors, and enjoy.
