Protein Bar

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crunchy peanut butter (can substitute almond butter)
  • 1 3/4 cups honey
  • 2 1/4 cups chocolate whey protein powder (can substitute vanilla)
  • 3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal, dry

Recipe

  • 1 put oatmeal in a blender, pulse several times, until it resembles a course flour.
  • 2 in a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, protein powder, and oatmeal.
  • 3 press into a 8x8 pan.
  • 4 chill overnight.
  • 5 cut into 9 pieces and wrap in plastic wrap.
