Ingredients
- 2 cups crunchy peanut butter (can substitute almond butter)
- 1 3/4 cups honey
- 2 1/4 cups chocolate whey protein powder (can substitute vanilla)
- 3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal, dry
Recipe
- 1 put oatmeal in a blender, pulse several times, until it resembles a course flour.
- 2 in a bowl, mix peanut butter, honey, protein powder, and oatmeal.
- 3 press into a 8x8 pan.
- 4 chill overnight.
- 5 cut into 9 pieces and wrap in plastic wrap.
