Mom's Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 1 (18 1/4 ounce) box fudge cake mix
• 4 eggs
• 2 tablespoons oil
• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 1/4 cups milk
• 1 tablespoon chocolate chips (optional)

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 300 degrees.
• 2 reserve 1 cup dry fudge cake mix.
• 3 combine remaining mix, 1 egg and oil.
• 4 press mix into a 9x13" cake pan.
• 5 blend cream cheese and sugar.
• 6 add 3 eggs and reserved cup of fudge cake mix.
• 7 beat for 1 minute.
• 8 gradually add milk, sour cream and vanilla. mix until smooth.
• 9 bake 45-55 minutes, or until firm in center.
• 10 **melt chocolate chips and drizzle on top after baked, or mix whole chocolate chips into batter before cooking**.
