Marshmallow Truffles

Ingredients
- 1 (250 g) package jet-puffed marshmallows
- 8 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, melted
- 2/3 cup pecans, chopped
Recipe
- 1 dip marshmallows one at a time, in chocolate, turning to evenly coat each marshmallow. gently shake off excess chocolate.
- 2 place marshmallows in a single layer, on sheet of wax paper; sprinkle with nuts.
- 3 let stand at room temperature or until chocolate is firm.
- 4 store in airtight container at room temperature.
- 5 substitute: for peanutty truffle, substitute peanuts for pecans.
