Strawberry Dessert Pizza

• 1 (510 g) package refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
• 1 package philadelphia brick cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup sugar
• 1 (725 ml) container cool whip strawberry whipped topping, thawed
• 2 cups strawberries, sliced

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f press cookie dough firmly into greased 12-inch pizza pan. bake 15 minutes, or until golden brown. cool completely.
• 2 beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk or electric mixer until well blended. stir in whipped topping; spread onto crust. top with strawberries.
• 3 serve immediately. or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. store leftover in refrigerator.
• 4 variation: prepare as directed, using store-bought prepared flan instead of the baked cookie crust.
• 5 jazz it up: prepare as directed; drizzle with melted chocolate. let stand until set.
