Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate protein powder (whey)
- 1 cup whole oats
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup natural-style peanut butter
- 1/4 cup ground flax seeds (optional)
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar substitute
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 350f degrees.
- 2 chop oats in a food processor or blender
- 3 mix all ingredients completely, except oil, in large bowl.
- 4 use oil to grease a 9x9 baking dish, line bottom of dish w/ foil (so they dont stick) and pour mixture into pan.
- 5 cook for 25 minutes. let cool before cutting into 6 bars.
