Homemade Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Bars

Total Time: 33 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate protein powder (whey)
  • 1 cup whole oats
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup natural-style peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup ground flax seeds (optional)
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar substitute
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 350f degrees.
  • 2 chop oats in a food processor or blender
  • 3 mix all ingredients completely, except oil, in large bowl.
  • 4 use oil to grease a 9x9 baking dish, line bottom of dish w/ foil (so they dont stick) and pour mixture into pan.
  • 5 cook for 25 minutes. let cool before cutting into 6 bars.
