Ingredients

• 3 large eggs
• 3/4 cup purple puree
• 1 cup water
• 1/4 cup wheat germ
• 1 (18 ounce) box chocolate cake mix

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a cake pan (then lightly flour) or line muffin tin with muffin cups.
• 2 mix eggs, purple puree, water, and dry ingredients. mix on low for 30 seconds, then increase to medium for another 2 minutes.
• 3 pour batter into cake pan or muffin tins. bake cake for 33 to 36 minutes or cupcakes for 18 to 21 minutes.
