Rich & Creamy Cappuccino Truffles

Total Time: 3 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
  • 9 tablespoons whipping cream
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 12 ounces high-quality milk chocolate candy bars, chopped
  • unsweetened cocoa, sifted
  • shaved semisweet chocolate or chocolate sprinkles

Recipe

  • 1 in a med saucepan,on med-low heat,add butter,espresso powder,whipping cream& cinnamon.
  • 2 cook until mixture bubbles around the edges,1-2 minutes.
  • 3 remove from heat& stir in chocolate until it is melted & smooth.
  • 4 pour mixture into a medium bowl,cover and chill until firm (at least 3 hrs).
  • 5 quickly,form the chocolate mixture into 1 1/2-inch balls.
  • 6 roll balls into the cocoa, and then shaved chocolate or sprinkles.
  • 7 place each truffle in mini paper muffin cups.
  • 8 cover,and store in the fridge.
