Red Velvet Cake Pops

Ingredients
- duncan hines red velvet cake mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 10 ounces bar chocolate (, dark, or milk)
Recipe
- 1 after the cake has been cooled place it into a stand mixer.
- 2 add the cream cheese.
- 3 mix on medium until combined.
- 4 spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- 5 roll about a tablespoon into a ball. repeat until of the mixture is finished.
- 6 melt the chocolate over a double boiler.
- 7 now, dip a popsicle stick into the chocolate just to coat a bit of the bottom.
- 8 place it into the cake ball.
- 9 repeat until all balls have a stick.
- 10 dip each pop into the chocolate and let the extra chocolate drip off.
- 11 repeat.
- 12 place in freezer until ready to serve.
- 13 best served with coffee and frozen.
