Red Velvet Cake Pops

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • duncan hines red velvet cake mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 10 ounces bar chocolate (, dark, or milk)

Recipe

  • 1 after the cake has been cooled place it into a stand mixer.
  • 2 add the cream cheese.
  • 3 mix on medium until combined.
  • 4 spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 5 roll about a tablespoon into a ball. repeat until of the mixture is finished.
  • 6 melt the chocolate over a double boiler.
  • 7 now, dip a popsicle stick into the chocolate just to coat a bit of the bottom.
  • 8 place it into the cake ball.
  • 9 repeat until all balls have a stick.
  • 10 dip each pop into the chocolate and let the extra chocolate drip off.
  • 11 repeat.
  • 12 place in freezer until ready to serve.
  • 13 best served with coffee and frozen.
