Quick Hot Fudge Sauce

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
• 1 cup milk (i use skim b/c it's what i have on hand and it works fine)
• 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 tablespoon flour
• 1 dash salt

Recipe

• 1 combine dry ingredients in medium bowl and set aside.
• 2 combine butter& all liquid ingredients-- except vanilla-- in saucepan over medium heat.
• 3 increase heat to medium high, and add dry ingredients.
• 4 stir until mixture comes to full boil.
• 5 boil 3 minutes.
• 6 add vanilla and let cool.
• 7 keeps well in fridge.
