Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 5 -6 ice cubes
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (such as about time chocolate)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 blend all together until smooth. enjoy ice cold!
