Microwave Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

• 150 g milk chocolate
• 100 g butter
• 450 g icing sugar
• 45 ml milk

Recipe

• 1 melt chocolate in a bowl by heating on 100% stirring every 30 seconds until melted.
• 2 melt the butter in another bowl and stir into the melted chocolate together with the sugar and milk.heat on 100% for 2-3 minutes stirring every minute until the mixture is thick and glossy.
• 3 put into a greased rectangular 20cm x 15cm dish and chill until well set before cutting into pieces.
