Peanut Butter Balls

Total Time: 6 hrs Preparation Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 48
  • 1 lb margarine
  • 2 lbs confectioners' sugar
  • 2 cups peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 24 ounces milk chocolate chips
  • 1/4 lb paraffin wax

Recipe

  • 1 melt margarine and peanut butter over medium heat. add vanilla.
  • 2 place sugar in a large bowl. pour peanut butter mixture over the sugar. mix well.
  • 3 roll into small balls (about 1 inch).
  • 4 chill in freezer until balls are firm.
  • 5 melt wax in a double boiler. add chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
  • 6 dip balls into chocolate. cool on wax paper.
