- 1/3 cup milk or 1/3 cup half-and-half cream, for thickness
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 lb powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 mix cocoa and sugar together in bowl.
- 2 add vanilla.
- 3 alternate adding milk and sugar.
- 4 blend all together until creamy.
