Pop's Fudge Frosting (peanut Butter And Marshmallow)

Ingredients
- 2 ounces baker's semi-sweet chocolate
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 lb confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
- 2 tablespoons marshmallow cream
Recipe
- 1 in a sauce pan, melt the semi-sweet chocolate in the evaporated milk over medium-high heat.
- 2 whisk in the confectioner's sugar and bring to a full boil.
- 3 continue to whisk and boil for 1 minute, then remove from heat.
- 4 mix in the remaining ingredients, stirring well.
- 5 allow this to cool for about 10-15 minutes before using as frosting (after that it will start to "set" a bit, like fudge).
