Peanut Butter Cupcakes With Chocolate Chips

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl, beat at low speed of electric mixer just until blended.
- 2 beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
- 3 spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. (i use cupcake liners).
- 4 sprinkle chocolate chips over each cupcake.
- 5 bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- 6 remove from pans and let cool completely on wire rack.
