Peanut Butter Cupcakes With Chocolate Chips

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup milk chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 9 ingredients in a large bowl, beat at low speed of electric mixer just until blended.
  • 2 beat at high speed for 2 minutes.
  • 3 spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling 2/3 full. (i use cupcake liners).
  • 4 sprinkle chocolate chips over each cupcake.
  • 5 bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 6 remove from pans and let cool completely on wire rack.
