Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 -3 medium bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 375 degrees f.
- 2 grease 10 cups of a 12-cup muffin pan or line with paper liners.
- 3 combine the wet ingredients in a medium-sized bowl.
- 4 add the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
- 5 stir until just combined.
- 6 add the chocolate chips, mixing lightly.
- 7 divide evenly among the 10 prepared muffin cups, pouring water into the 2 unused cups.
- 8 bake in the centre of the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and the top springs back when lightly pressed.
- 9 cool in the pan.
