Ingredients

- 1 lb powdered sugar, the whole box
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
Recipe
- 1 beat all ingredients until smooth.
- 2 thin with a little milk, if needed.
- 3 makes enough to frost an 8" 2 layer cake.
