Marshmallow Hash

Ingredients

• 1 cup evaporated milk
• 2 cups sugar
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate bits
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1 cup chopped nuts

Recipe

• 1 combine evaporated milk, sugar and salt in saucepan. cook over medium heat until mixture boils; boil 2 minutes, stirring constantly. remove from heat; add chocolate and vanilla. stir until melted. pour half of mixture in waxed-paper-lined 8 x 8-inch dish. press marshmallows into chocolate. cover with nuts, then, top with remaining chocolate mixture. cool and cut into squares.
