Homemade Vanilla Chocolate Chip Ice-cream

Ingredients

• 4 jumbo farm fresh eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 quart heavy cream
• 2 cups half-and-half
• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
• 2 cups mini chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 beat well 4 eggs with wire whisk.
• 2 add 1/2 cup sugar at a time to eggs, thorougly beating with each addtion until sugar is all combined.
• 3 add heavy cream and mix.
• 4 add 1/2 and 1/2, mix well; add vanilla and mix.
• 5 churn mixture in ice-cream maker according to directions.
• 6 stir in mini-chocolate chips. freeze until set.
