Homemade Vanilla Chocolate Chip Ice-cream

Ingredients

- 4 jumbo farm fresh eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 quart heavy cream
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups mini chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 beat well 4 eggs with wire whisk.
- 2 add 1/2 cup sugar at a time to eggs, thorougly beating with each addtion until sugar is all combined.
- 3 add heavy cream and mix.
- 4 add 1/2 and 1/2, mix well; add vanilla and mix.
- 5 churn mixture in ice-cream maker according to directions.
- 6 stir in mini-chocolate chips. freeze until set.
