Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 1/4 cups chocolate whey protein
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 1) mix oatmeal, protein and cinnamon.
  • 2 2) in a separate glass bowl mix pb and honey. microwave on high 40 secs, stir and repeat. add vanilla.
  • 3 3) combine all ingredients together, mix well. press into 8x8 pan refridgerate 1 hour then cut into 12 pieces.
