- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 1/4 cups chocolate whey protein
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 1) mix oatmeal, protein and cinnamon.
- 2 2) in a separate glass bowl mix pb and honey. microwave on high 40 secs, stir and repeat. add vanilla.
- 3 3) combine all ingredients together, mix well. press into 8x8 pan refridgerate 1 hour then cut into 12 pieces.
