Super Easy Chocolate Nut Fudge

Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon butter or 1 teaspoon margarine
- 1 (16 ounce) can milk chocolate frosting
- 1 (11 1/2 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
- 1 line an 8 inch square baking dish with foil.
- 2 spread foil with butter.
- 3 in a medium saucepan combine chocolate chips,marshmallows,and frosting.
- 4 cook and stir over medium low heat until marshmallows and chips are melted.
- 5 remove from heat and stir in vanilla and pecans.
- 6 pour into prepared pan.
- 7 refrigerate about 2 hours.
- 8 using foil, lift fudge out of pan.
- 9 discard foil; cut fudge into 1 inch squares.
- 10 store in the refrigerator.
- 11 makes about 2 lbs.
