Super Easy Chocolate Nut Fudge

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 teaspoon butter or 1 teaspoon margarine
  • 1 (16 ounce) can milk chocolate frosting
  • 1 (11 1/2 ounce) bag milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Recipe

  • 1 line an 8 inch square baking dish with foil.
  • 2 spread foil with butter.
  • 3 in a medium saucepan combine chocolate chips,marshmallows,and frosting.
  • 4 cook and stir over medium low heat until marshmallows and chips are melted.
  • 5 remove from heat and stir in vanilla and pecans.
  • 6 pour into prepared pan.
  • 7 refrigerate about 2 hours.
  • 8 using foil, lift fudge out of pan.
  • 9 discard foil; cut fudge into 1 inch squares.
  • 10 store in the refrigerator.
  • 11 makes about 2 lbs.
