Oatmeal Protein Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder (we prefer chocolate)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1 dash cinnamon

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients into a food processor or blender and blend well.
