Peanutty Chocolate Truffles

Ingredients

• Servings: 24
• 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/4 cup butter
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup hot cocoa mix
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1 cup finely chopped peanuts

Recipe

• 1 line baking sheets with wax paper.
• 2 mix peanut butter, butter and vanilla until creamy.
• 3 combine cocoa mix and powdered sugar in another bowl.
• 4 stir in peanut butter mixture.
• 5 place peanuts in a flat dish.
• 6 scoop peanut butter mixture into 1 1/2 inch balls.
• 7 roll in peanuts to coat.
• 8 place on baking sheets.
• 9 refrigerate until firm.
