Smoothies (with 10 Different Variations)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 6 ounces plain yogurt
  • milk (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 blend yogurt with your choice of smoothie ingredients. pour into a glass; add toppings or stir-ins.
  • 2 orange power: carror juice, sliced celery, grated fresh gingerroot.
  • 3 go green: honeydew melon chunks, kiwifruit, green grapes.
  • 4 bright side: unsweetened coconut milk, lime juice, fresh mint.
  • 5 kid's choice: peanut butter (creamy style), ripe banana, chocolate syrup.
  • 6 dreamcicle: orange sherbet, tangerine segments, vanilla wafer, whipped cream.
  • 7 spice island: rice milk, caramel syrup, ground cinnamon, nutmeg.
  • 8 flower power: watermelon chunks, hibiscus tea.
  • 9 peachy: chopped peaches, red raspberries.
  • 10 purple haze: blueberries, pomegranate seeds.
  • 11 bitter sweet: cherries, dark chocolate shards.
