Polly's Super Banoffee Pie

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 bananas
  • 300 ml whipped cream
  • 250 g digestive biscuits
  • 200 g caramel sauce
  • 100 g butter
  • chocolate

Recipe

  • 1 crush the biscuits into little bits in a bowl. stir in butter and press in a round cake tin (20cm) then put in fridge for 10 minutes
  • 2 spread the caramel sauce straight from the tin onto the base.
  • 3 slice up the bananas and put them on the top.
  • 4 then finish by spooning on the cream and grating chocolate all over.
