Ingredients

- 175 g chocolate
- 600 ml double cream
- 3 blood oranges, peeled and sliced
Recipe
- 1 break the chocolate into pieces and melt in the microwave on a medium setting, for approximately 3 minutes.
- 2 whip the cream to soft peaks and fold in the melted chocolate with a metal spoon.
- 3 arrange the orange slices in the base of a wide bowl. pipe or spoon the chocolate mixture over the oranges and in the centre.
