Molten Lava Cupcakes

Ingredients

• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 4 eggs
• 1 tablespoon cocoa

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• 2 melt butter, chocolate chips and cocoa until combined and smooth.
• 3 remove from heat and add vanilla.
• 4 combine chocolate mixture and sugar mixture and stir well.
• 5 add eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition until fully incorporated.
• 6 stir in flour just until combined.
• 7 chill batter for at least 20 minutes.
• 8 grease muffin tin.
• 9 spoon batter into muffin tin and bake for 10-11 minutes.
