Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces silken tofu
- 1 egg
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 graham cracker pie crust, 9-inch diameter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 in a mixer, blend the cream cheese, chocolate, tofu, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- 3 spoon filling into the pie crust, and bake for 30 minutes.
- 4 chill before serving, top with whip cream or yogurt, and enjoy!
